FaderPort® 8 DAW Controller

Automating a vocal ride across eight tracks at once used to mean drawing endless curves with a mouse, but now I just grab the motorized faders and it feels like a real console under my hands. The 100 mm throw gives me way finer control than the short throw on my old desk.

The touch-sensitive faders make riding a vocal automation pass feel way more natural than drawing it in with a mouse. Having 65 buttons mapped out means I barely touch the keyboard during a mix anymore, which keeps me in the zone. Two weeks in and it's easily the best money I've put into my setup.

The motorized faders glide so smoothly that riding a vocal automation pass finally feels like working on a real console instead of dragging a mouse. Having eight of them means I can mix drums without constantly banking between tracks.
